Club FAQ

Here’s where you can find answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions:

What software can I use to run skeet shoots and then submit my scores in electronic format?

The following programs have been tested and approved by NSSA to receive electronic scores:

Cliff Bedore Skeet version 11 and higher
GTO Scoring Solutions (Online Scoring Program)

If you are not using these programs above or are using a previous version to record scores, then you will need to mail the Official Entry Forms for the scores to be recorded by NSSA.

If you are a developer and wish to create software for skeet, please review this specification document.

Why should my club join NSSA?

There are many benefits to being an NSSA member club, any one of which can be worth the low annual dues. You can throw registered targets, which is the best way to attract the most serious skeet shooters who will spend the most time and money at your club. You qualify to purchase low-cost liability insurance for your club. You are listed in the club search of our website, and your shoots are listed in our “Find a Shoot” tool. You can access professional instructors and referees, and you can participate in our training and certification programs for each. Member clubs have access to exclusive information on this site, including our Gun Club Manual. Check out our Member Club Benefits page to learn more about these and other benefits.
