Ronald Tree Obituary

NSSA extends condolences to the family and friends of Ronald E. Tree, an NSSA Life Member from Lakewood, Washington, who passed away on May 2, 2013. Memorial services were held on May 9.

Ron was inducted into the Washington Skeet Shooting Hall of Fame in 1985 and the NSSA Zone 7 Hall of Fame in 2006.

Born in Schenectady, NY, Ron traveled the world with the U.S. Air Force from 1950 to 1972, when he retired and made his home in Washington. Ron was a husband, father, teacher, educator, counselor, businessman, and friend who will be missed by all who knew him. He had an avid love of the outdoors and excelled at all of his endeavors, sharing his passion with those around him.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Tree; two sons, Kenneth (Pam) and Kevin; and two grandchildren.
